1) Service overview
TimerPulse provides countdown timer infrastructure and related campaign tools. You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with applicable laws and your email platform/provider rules.
2) Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account information.
3) Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent use.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service protections.
- No unauthorized account sharing or resale of access unless explicitly approved by us.
4) Billing and lifetime access
Where offered, “lifetime access” means access for as long as the product/service is commercially operated by us. Pricing and plan structure may change for new customers in the future.
5) Third-party providers
Some functionality depends on third-party providers (for example hosting, payment, and email services). Their outages or policy changes may affect service behavior.
6) Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7) Intellectual property
We retain all rights in TimerPulse software and branding. You retain ownership of your campaign content and data, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimerPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, fraud, or legal requirements.
10) Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
