Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements our Terms between XNA Creatives LLP (“TimerPulse”) and you (“Customer”). It applies when we process personal data of your subscribers or leads on your behalf through the Service.

Roles

You are the controller (or processor on behalf of your controller). TimerPulse is your processor for that personal data.

Our commitments

• Process personal data only on your instructions via the Service and this DPA.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate security measures.
• Use sub-processors under contracts with comparable protections.
• Assist with data subject requests and notify you of relevant breaches without undue delay.
• Delete or return data when you delete it or close your account, subject to legal retention.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021) (Module Two: Controller to Processor and/or Module Three: Processor to Processor, as applicable) and UK IDTA/addendum where needed.

Acceptance

By using the Service after this DPA is published, you agree to it unless we require separate signature. Email support@timerpulse.com for a countersigned copy or questions.
